Quality Meeting Conclusions – Albania May 24
100% of the participants stated that the meeting was important for the success of the project.
83.3% expressed maximum satisfaction with the meeting and 16.7% satisfaction. Regarding concrete actions to be carried out in colleges towards the next step: 83.3% fully understand and can define the activities and the rest partially.
A similar distribution arises in the question that relates to the role that each individual of the participants must perform . 83.3% fully understand what they need to do. Since the next stage is critical and includes the largest number of participants for the longest concentrated period, it follows that follow-up meetings should be conducted by the leading staff before continuing activities at each college.
The questions in which the controversy arose related to the conditions of hosting the host college and the joint social activities outside the formal meeting.
An important question arises here regarding a project of this type (whose main activity is conducted in online communication) related to the level of expectations from the host college, possible conditions, the need for consolidating social activity, and if so, is it necessary to build it electively or planned and committed in advance? Within the meeting schedule or during leisure time? Questions that will be interesting in light of the next step that will involve a large number of participants
The survey format and questionnaire results are stored in the quality records of the project under the responsibility of ORT Braude College.
